Currently, as the head of the accounting department and office manager at New Jersey General Contractor,
Fady oversees company operations, manages a dynamic team, and ensures efficient budgeting and payroll processes. Their role extends to handling client relations, guiding them through the process of building or customizing their homes, and contributing to the company’s ongoing success and growth. Fady’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction is evident in every aspect of their work.

Bishoy Khalil is a PMP-certified Civil Construction Project Manager with a strong technical office background. He is responsible for overseeing all site work operations at NJGCB, managing planning, coordination, and execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Bishoy is recognized for his attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and ability to lead teams toward successful project outcomes.

Dina Tawfik
Dina Tawfik is the Project Administrator with years of experience in the construction industry. She is responsible for securing all required permits and approvals and coordinating with utility companies and municipalities to ensure projects stay compliant and on schedule.

Fady Salama
Fady Salama is an architect specialized in procurement and accounting with extensive experience in managing end-to-end purchasing processes, supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contract administration for architectural, construction, and fit-out projects. Strong background in budgeting, cost estimation, cost control, and financial tracking to ensure projects are delivered within budget and according to specifications. Adept at coordinating between design teams, contractors, and suppliers to align technical requirements with financial efficiency.
