Owner and Founder Mr. Soliman graduated from NJIT with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Master’s degree in construction Management. Mickeal diverse work and education experience gives him a competitive edge when it comes to project implementation. From the initial planning to final completion, he is equipped with exceptional qualifications in design development and project management. Mickeal exemplifies a strong ability to lead all phases of an architectural projects across multiple industries with his intricate knowledge of business, architectural and construction practices.

At the age of 15, he started a professional course in mechanics and technical drawing. His professional journey began at the age of 18 as an apprentice excavator operator, going through six months of intensive training to operate colossal machines such as the Komatsu PC5500 excavator and 240-ton Caterpillar 793D and Terex trucks.

Dedicating six years to the mining industry, he simultaneously studied three years of engineering. Driven by a passion for personal growth, he ventured into entrepreneurship in 2014, starting his career in people management. Training of a team of more than 300 people and training of new leaders.

In July 2019, he moved to the United States, combining his experience in equipment operation with his ability in people management, achieving the role of Field Manager with his performance. Their journey symbolizes a relentless pursuit of excellence, merging technical proficiency with leadership ability on a global stage.
